You will partner with product and research teams to improve the reliability of AI judgment frameworks. Key accountabilities
- Review AI-generated decision outputs for logical flow, reasoning strength, and overall soundness, while spotting weak points in multi-step inference and tradeoff evaluation.
- Identify repeated breakdowns in reasoning, inconsistency, or drift, and record the recurring issues found in decision paths.
- Create structured review methods and scoring rubrics that help improve the quality of AI judgments over time.
- Help build training assets such as edge-case collections and structured examples that support model improvement.
- Set and maintain clear, measurable standards for decision-quality outputs so they remain consistent and dependable.
- Work with product, research, and engineering stakeholders to connect reasoning-quality improvements with system development and roadmap goals.
- Flag broader logic issues early and suggest structured improvements that strengthen the underlying decision architecture.
Requirements
- Strong analytical ability and the skill to break down complex reasoning chains and assess them carefully.
- Prior exposure to AI systems, decision frameworks, applied analytics, or similarly structured problem-solving environments.
- Capability to turn subjective judgment into measurable evaluation criteria and standards.
- Excellent written communication with a clear, organized, and structured approach to thinking.
- Comfort handling ambiguity, edge cases, and partial information without losing analytical discipline.
- Experience may come from applied AI evaluation, consulting, economics, operations research, philosophy of logic, or another highly rigorous analytical field.
- A mindset that questions, improves, and refines reasoning systems instead of taking outputs at face value.
