About the Role
PAM Health is opening a new hospital in Pensacola in Winter 2026. The organization focuses on caring for patients with chronic and critical conditions who need extended hospital-level treatment. What You Will Do
In this position, you will use sound judgment and discretion to support the Hospital CEO/Administrator with secretarial and administrative tasks. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Education and Experience
- At least two years of college coursework is required; a college degree is preferred
- Must be able to type at a minimum speed of 60 words per minute
- Three years of experience working as an executive secretary is required
