Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant opportunity based in Media City, supporting the CEO/Chairman closely at a high-responsibility level. The position calls for strong judgment, complete confidentiality, and the ability to manage both business and personal priorities for senior leadership.
What You Will Be Handling
You will function as a trusted partner to leadership rather than simply completing routine administrative tasks. The role involves managing busy schedules, handling sensitive communication, supporting VIP interactions, and coordinating work across multiple entities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an executive assistant to a C-level leader such as a CEO or Chairman.
- Prior secretarial experience in a real estate setting is required.
- Exposure to compliance, investment matters, or regulatory frameworks such as RERA/DLD is preferred.
- Strong executive support and senior-level administrative assistance capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, including polished written correspondence, professional email handling, and confident face-to-face interaction.
- Proven ability to manage diaries and schedules, including meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements.
- Good clerical and documentation skills, covering filing, data entry, record keeping, and document preparation with careful attention to detail.
- Comfort using office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- International experience, especially in western countries, will be considered an advantage.
- A valid driving licence is required.
- Previous experience in real estate is mandatory.
Compensation
The package offered is AED 8,000.
