Role overview
This position is for an Executive in Customer Support based in Bangalore, HSR Layout. It is a full-time, work-from-office role with immediate hiring intent and requires at least 6 months of experience.
Core duties
- Handle helpdesk emails, phone calls, and customer questions promptly and professionally.
- Monitor unresolved issues, follow up regularly, and make sure each case is closed within the agreed turnaround time.
- Work closely with internal teams to drive timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Create weekly and monthly reports for tracking and review.
- Prepare analytical summaries of customer interactions received via calls and email, and spot recurring patterns or improvement opportunities.
Requirements and key skills
- Applicants should be graduates or postgraduates.
- Relevant experience of 1 to 2 years in a customer service desk or support environment is preferred.
- Strong spoken and written communication is necessary.
- This is an office-based position.
- Hindi communication ability is preferred; a workable level is acceptable.
