Executive - Dispatch

Job Overview

WACKER is hiring an Executive - Dispatch for its Panagarh, West Bengal location. This role is focused on warehouse dispatch coordination, stock control, and smooth movement of finished goods within a busy logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Dispatch Lead with day-to-day warehouse activities, including logistics planning, warehouse and distribution centre operations, shipping and receiving, inbound and outbound movement, materials handling, transport coordination, and fleet-related work.
• Follow all safety rules and job-specific instructions without exception.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and carry out stock checks on a regular basis.
• Monitor forklift usage and other facility equipment, and support basic upkeep where required.
• Ensure finished products are loaded in line with the delivery schedule.
• Apply first-in, first-out handling for all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and security gate teams for export-related dispatch activity.
• Keep the warehouse in proper condition and raise maintenance requests whenever repairs are needed.
