Role Overview

This HR Executive position covers core people operations activities across hiring, onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement, reporting, compliance, and probation tracking. The role requires close coordination with managers, candidates, and internal teams to keep HR processes moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and source suitable candidates based on the job description and role requirements.
  • Screen profiles and prepare shortlists in coordination with the hiring manager.
  • Arrange interviews and record interview feedback.
  • Coordinate documentation and HR interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
  • Organize and schedule pre-employment health-up checks.
  • Raise IT requests for new hires, including asset allocation support.
  • Prepare onboarding documents such as personal files, appointment letters, NDAs, welcome emails, and IT security training materials.
  • Work with managers to review monthly learning priorities.
  • Build a monthly training calendar aligned with the training matrix and learning priorities.
  • Schedule training sessions, track attendance, collect feedback, and assess training effectiveness.
  • Maintain training records for all employees.
  • Support employee engagement activities such as meet-and-greet events, CSR initiatives, and internal communication campaigns.
  • Share inspiring stories across the organization every Friday.
  • Prepare management reporting data for talent acquisition, onboarding, and learning & development.
  • Start and monitor background verification checks for education, employment, and criminal records.
  • Ensure mandatory compliance training is completed within the required timeline, including HR induction, orientation, policy overviews, culture-related training, business process awareness, performance management overview, and leadership orientation.
  • Track probation reviews and issue confirmation letters for eligible employees.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of directly relevant experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Hands-on experience across hiring, learning & development, employee relations, and management consultation.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage employee communication effectively.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
