Role overview
Join a Pressure Pumping team working with advanced energy technology and manufacturing processes. The role focuses on maintaining high quality standards across production while supporting field operations on coiled tubing and pressure pumping equipment. It offers the chance to work with innovative oilfield systems that combine physical and digital technologies.
What you will do
- Set up, supervise, and run several machines at the same time while keeping safety and delivery timelines in mind.
- Carry out quality checks in line with engineering or manufacturing standards and ISO requirements.
- Perform safety and risk reviews and put preventive actions in place to reduce possible hazards.
- Help with rig-up and rig-down activities for coiled tubing equipment at the wellsite.
- Complete pre-job checks, function tests, and pressure tests on equipment.
- Track pump rates, tubing depth, weight, and other well conditions during operations.
- Prepare and pump fluids, chemicals, or nitrogen according to the job plan.
What you need to bring
- A high school diploma is required.
- At least 2 years of experience operating nitrogen pumps is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience with coiled tubing equipment is required.
- At least 2 years of experience working with coil units is required.
- Hands-on experience with rig-up and rig-down of coiled tubing equipment at the wellsite is required.
- Experience mixing and pumping fluids, chemicals, or nitrogen is preferred.
- Ability to operate a coiled tubing unit, injector head, reel, control console, and pressure control equipment such as BOP, stripper, and lubricator.
- Willingness to learn from mistakes, work hard, handle shift work, and perform under pressure.
- Ability to raise maintenance requests for major equipment breakdowns.
Working pattern
This position follows a rotational shift arrangement of 6 weeks on and 4 weeks off.
