Full-Time Merchandiser

Role Overview

Schwan's Company is looking to bring on a full-time merchandiser right away in Orange Beach, Alabama. The position supports well-known frozen and snack brands including Red Baron, Tony's, Freschetta, Mrs. Smith's, Edwards, bibigo, and Pagoda.

Compensation and Schedule

This role pays $19 per hour. The weekly schedule is Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Saturday, with approximately 35 to 40 hours each week.

What the Job Involves

The merchandiser will help keep products visible and available for shoppers in grocery stores. This includes stocking company products, rotating inventory, creating and maintaining displays, supporting customers professionally, and building strong working relationships with store staff and teammates.

What You Need

Applicants should have grocery experience, a valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and be at least 18 years old. The role also requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely, move frozen goods with the right equipment, use a smartphone for company technology needs, and pass pre-employment background check and drug screening requirements.
