Graphic Designer

About the role

Bell is hiring a Graphic Designer to join its Brand Management team in Montreal. The role focuses on producing polished creative work and converting existing advertising assets into a variety of static, animated, digital, and print versions. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Communications team and report to a Senior Brand Manager. The work covers Bell, Virgin Plus, and Lucky by Bell brands.

This team supports brand consistency and creative performance across advertising, sponsorships, national events, and digital media. The environment encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, with tools and technology provided to support creative output.

What you'll do

• Turn agency-created advertising into multiple formats for digital and print channels, including banners, outdoor placements, newspapers, social media, YouTube, and motion-based assets.
• Resize and adapt creative materials using Celtra or similar production tools; training can be provided if needed.
• Maintain strict alignment with brand guidelines across all campaign versions.
• Develop original advertising concepts when required.
• Deliver assets on schedule while working under fast-moving production timelines.
• Prepare final files that meet industry and vendor technical requirements.
• Propose creative solutions that work within applicable rules, standards, and limitations.
• Keep current with new design approaches and production tools that improve speed and efficiency.
• Continuously learn new design and production software selected by the company.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree or college diploma in graphic design, digital multimedia, or another relevant field.
• Strong working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Familiarity with cloud-based production tools such as Celtra, Hype, or Flexitive is considered an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Proven experience adapting advertisements into multiple output formats.
• Ability to juggle several projects at once while meeting tight deadlines.
• Professional judgment, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Comfort working in a team and strong listening skills.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications sector is an asset.
• Ability to communicate with French- and English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
• French proficiency is required for roles based in Quebec.
