About the Role

Miraval The Red Sea is launching as part of Red Sea Global’s collaboration with Miraval Resorts & Spas, bringing a major wellness-focused hospitality experience to Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast. Backed by the Hyatt portfolio and connected to The Red Sea Project, the property is designed as an adults-only, all-inclusive, digital-detox retreat centered on balance, wellbeing, and immersive guest experiences.

As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for arriving guests and will help set the tone for their wellness journey. The role focuses on thoughtful arrivals, escorting guests to their rooms, and delivering a calm, highly personalized welcome that reflects Miraval’s philosophy of mindful hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests in a warm, attentive, and mindful manner.
• Offer a traditional welcome beverage such as Saudi coffee and dates, or a suitable alternative.
• Accompany guests to their rooms at an unhurried, intentional pace.
• Point out the property’s wellness-oriented facilities during the escort.
• Verify any planned wellness activities or individual guest preferences.
• Introduce room features in a gentle, clear, and knowledgeable way.
• Address special requests with empathy, professionalism, and care.
• Capture guest preferences so future stays and interactions can be more personalized.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or the wellness sector.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
• Interest in or familiarity with wellness practices such as yoga, Ayurveda, and meditation.
• Strong command of English; Arabic or another language is considered an added advantage.
• A polished, elegant, and consistently presentable appearance.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods.

Additional Information

This role requires a composed presence in both indoor and outdoor settings, depending on operational needs. The job also involves extended standing for up to 8 hours while maintaining proper posture and calmness, as well as opening and managing large doors, walking long distances, and staying alert throughout the shift.
