Overview
This opportunity is with a respected, long-standing organisation looking to add a HR & Learning Coordinator to its People team in Dublin. The role suits someone who already has experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or generalist HR work and wants to develop a career focused on learning and development.
You will be responsible for the administrative and coordination side of learning activities, helping employees access useful development opportunities while also supporting training compliance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the daily administration of the organisation’s Learning Management System (LMS).
- Upload learning resources and keep training content up to date within the LMS.
- Build and convert learning materials into digital format using the system’s authoring features.
- Prepare recurring reports and dashboards covering mandatory training completion and compliance.
- Track course completion progress and follow up with employees when training is overdue or incomplete.
- Arrange external training providers and coordinate course bookings.
- Maintain the training schedule and manage related administrative tasks.
- Support reviews of learning programmes by analysing training impact and return on investment.
- Monitor training expenditure and assist with the annual learning budget.
- Keep employee learning records accurate and data integrity high.
- Work with HR colleagues and managers to identify development needs and align learning solutions accordingly.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will already have worked in a HR environment, ideally in roles such as HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist. A strong interest in learning and development is important, along with the ability to support both systems-based work and people-focused coordination.
Working Arrangements
The position is fully onsite for the first 3 to 6 months. After onboarding, the role transitions to a hybrid working model.
Pay and Benefits
