Role Overview
This position is responsible for quality surveillance of equipment and materials sourced from suppliers. The role supports delivery performance by coordinating inspection activities, managing documentation, and ensuring issues are tracked through closure.

Responsibilities
- Take part in bid clarifications and pre-inspection discussions with suppliers.
- Study and interpret the approved supplier inspection and test plan.
- Set up the equipment or material inspection plan based on the required activities.
- Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies to assign suitable inspectors for the assigned scope.
- Draft and release inspection work order requirements to the inspection agency.
- Follow up on supplier inspection notices in line with the agreed schedule.
- Arrange attendance of the client, certifying authority, and project team members for inspection events under the Project Inspection Plan (PIP).
- Track, review, and circulate inspection reports and final inspection release certificates to the relevant project team members.
- Distribute non-conformance reports and monitor them until all items are resolved.
- Record any unfinished, carry-over, or punch-list items before issuing conditional inspection release, in agreement with project management.
- Share incomplete and pending items with the expediting and construction teams and track them through completion.
- Keep the Project Inspection Progress Report updated with all inspection-related activities.
- Carry out additional proactive actions needed to support timely delivery.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, or at least five years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Working knowledge of Oil & Gas industry codes, standards, and specifications.
- Strong planning ability to handle tight and demanding deadlines.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
