Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Junior Data Analyst who is comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and turning raw information into practical insights that can guide business decisions and support growth.

Responsibilities

Gather information from several sources, then clean, structure, and prepare it for analysis.
Examine datasets to uncover trends, relationships, and useful takeaways.
Create reports, dashboards, and visual summaries that help teams make informed decisions.
Track KPIs and other performance measures on an ongoing basis.
Carry out validation checks and maintain accuracy and quality in reporting.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and analytical goals.
Communicate insights and recommendations in a clear, practical way.
Contribute to data-led initiatives and improvement efforts across processes.

Requirements

Foundational knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and reporting principles.
Good command of Microsoft Excel; SQL familiarity is preferred.
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms is an added advantage.
Basic experience with Python, R, or comparable analytical tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning.
Solid communication and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable handling large datasets with accuracy and efficiency.
A degree, diploma, or related training in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, IT, or a similar field is preferred.
