Role Overview

The organization is hiring a meticulous Logistics Coordinator to help keep supply chain and distribution activities running smoothly. The position involves arranging shipments, handling logistics paperwork, and working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to support timely and economical movement of goods. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate day-to-day shipments, transport arrangements, and delivery timelines.
• Stay in touch with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to monitor orders and address delays or issues.
• Prepare, maintain, and update logistics files, reports, and shipping-related documents.
• Track inventory status and collaborate with procurement teams to keep stock levels sufficient.
• Support improvements in logistics workflows to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Follow international shipping rules and internal company procedures to ensure compliance.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination. They should be well organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable using inventory systems and shipping tools. Strong communication, vendor coordination, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach are important for success. Experience in international shipping or customs clearance is an added advantage.
