About the Role
REE Medical is looking for a senior multimedia design leader to take charge of its in-house creative production for video, motion graphics, photography, print, and digital assets. The role is focused on delivering polished, brand-aligned creative work that supports the marketing team across social, web, email, events, and partner-facing initiatives.
You will help shift creative production from external support to an internal capability, with an emphasis on producing high-quality output quickly and efficiently. This position suits someone who can turn a brief into finished assets, work comfortably across multiple creative formats, and thrive in a lean marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multimedia creation across video, motion graphics, photography, print, and digital deliverables while keeping all work aligned to REE Medical’s brand standards and content strategy.
- Plan and produce long-form and short-form video content, including brand stories, customer testimonials, educational content for veterans, social clips, and material for events and conferences.
- Create animated explainers and other motion assets for paid campaigns, organic social channels, the website, and partnership activations.
- Design event materials, partner collateral, sales support assets, outreach pieces for the community team, and other brand and marketing content.
- Work closely with the Senior Content and Brand Manager on creative direction, editorial planning, and consistent brand execution across owned channels.
- Collaborate with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to develop creative for landing pages and lifecycle email programs, making sure work is both on-brand and performance-oriented.
- Review work created by external vendors or partners to ensure the brand is represented accurately and production quality stays high.
- Manage the brand asset library, creative file organization, and version control so assets remain easy to find, reuse, and maintain across the team.
- Build visual and motion content that is respectful, culturally aware, and appropriate for the veteran community, avoiding exploitative or misleading messaging.
- Oversee photography production and editing for events, partnerships, customer stories, and broader content needs, including managing outside photographers when needed.
- Stay up to date on design trends, software updates, and platform best practices, and recommend tools that improve quality and efficiency.
- Model disciplined, ethical creative practices and contribute to knowledge sharing as the marketing organization grows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a similar field is preferred; equivalent professional experience may also be accepted.
- At least 7 years of multimedia design experience with hands-on ownership of video, motion graphics, photography, print, and digital production from concept to delivery.
- A strong portfolio showing range across multimedia formats and the ability to deliver agency-level work in an in-house setting.
- Advanced practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or comparable UX/design tools is also expected.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full video and motion workflow, including concepting, directing shoots, editing, motion design, audio mixing, and final export.
- Solid understanding of how to apply brand standards across channels, along with comfort using performance data such as engagement, paid media results, and video completion rates to improve creative output.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and solve problems proactively.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple creative priorities and deliver on schedule without lowering quality.
- Excellent communication skills, including explaining creative ideas to non-design stakeholders, giving and receiving feedback constructively, and presenting work to leadership.
- Photography skills with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting setup, on-site shoot management, and post-production editing are a plus.
- Background in regulated, compliance-heavy, or healthcare-related marketing is a plus.
- Understanding of the veteran community is a meaningful advantage, and veterans or military-affiliated candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of $95,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with company-paid life insurance.
- Retirement savings plan with company matching contributions.
- Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
- Access to training, development, and advancement opportunities.
- Flexible scheduling and a remote-first work setup, with company-wide conferences held once a year.
- Employee assistance support for personal and family well-being.
- Employee discounts through Insperity, recognition programs, and company-sponsored social events.
- Travel opportunities up to twice a year for the Annual Company Conference and IT Team Onsite, with possible additional leadership meetings.
