Role Overview
In this Manager position within the Strategic Platforms team, you will help shape and deliver the organisation’s marquee platforms that bring together senior business leaders, policymakers, and key partners across the ecosystem. You will contribute to the running and progression of signature events, while also helping create and launch new strategic platforms that support Singapore’s business priorities in regional and global markets.
The role also focuses on improving the overall quality of all events, with the goal of creating a stronger participant experience and generating greater value for the organisation and its partners.
These platforms support six major action agendas: Scaled Internationally, Skills-Empowered, Smart-Enabled, Sustainability-Centric, Socially Impactful, and Synergistic TACs.
As part of the broader Strategic Partnerships & Platforms Division, you will work with government agencies and business stakeholders to deepen current collaborations and develop new ones. Your work will help enable high-value government-to-business and business-to-business engagement, build partnerships, and deliver measurable business outcomes through the organisation’s platforms.
You may also contribute to wider organisational initiatives and cross-functional projects that advance the organisation’s mission and impact.

- Lead event delivery through strong event management, marketing coordination, and stakeholder alignment with government bodies, event partners, speakers, professional conference organisers, PR and marketing agencies, venues, and service providers.
- Prepare timely management updates and well-structured summary reports covering operations, execution, manpower, and budget planning.
- Develop marketing and promotional materials, track registration and participant data, and compile post-event reporting, KPI tracking, and improvement recommendations.
- Contribute continuously to the refinement of event SOPs and operating models to improve event execution, participant experience, and value creation.
Partnership Development and Management
- Support the Senior Director in refreshing existing partnerships and building new collaborations for key events and platforms.
- Help ensure smooth event execution and strengthen the business environment by supporting G2B and B2B initiatives locally and internationally.
- Prepare event concepts, materials, and proposals that help attract and grow new event partnerships.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to onboard new partners into strategic events.
- Maintain and grow the database and network of current and potential event partners in Singapore and abroad.
Additional Responsibilities
- Carry out other duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in event management, marketing, business development, or partnership management.
- Proven ability in programme development, project coordination, and budget handling.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal ability.
- Ability to independently produce compelling event marketing and promotional materials.
- Self-driven, positive, dependable, and able to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with protocol and etiquette for high-level events involving senior political leaders and business executives will be an advantage.
