Marketing Coordinator

Role overview

Aspen Surgical is looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. This position supports the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives across several channels, helping maintain brand consistency, strengthen product promotion, and improve engagement through campaigns, content, and events.

Key responsibilities

The role covers event coordination, marketing operations, and administrative support for the wider sales and marketing function.

• Organize conferences, trade shows, and other events, including materials, trade stand setup, and registrations.
• Oversee marketing collateral and make sure all materials follow brand standards.
• Work with outside suppliers such as agencies, printers, and media partners.
• Assist the sales and marketing team with administration, including product matching, enquiries, and coordination tasks.
• Support the Product Manager in delivering campaigns for existing products and new product launches.
• Help coordinate and complete tender submissions with the Product Manager.
• Arrange twice-yearly National Sales Team meetings and team-building activities.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant will be highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers, especially Excel, and able to contribute as a dependable team member.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience with a solid track record.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Intermediate ability with business software such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Medical device experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• An instrument technician background is considered a potential fit.

Working arrangement and compensation

This is a flexible part-time position offering 25 hours per week across 5 days. The hourly rate is $44 to $45.
