About the Role

This position involves operating and managing advanced multi-colour sheet-fed offset presses. You will be responsible for achieving accurate colour reproduction, making precise press adjustments for commercial print jobs, and carrying out routine preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Run sheet-fed A1 and A2 multi-colour LED-UV offset presses.
• Deliver consistent colour accuracy and registration across commercial print runs.
• Complete preventative servicing to maintain equipment in peak working order.
• Spot and escalate press faults or safety concerns when they arise.
• Work within structured production processes and keep the work area clean and organised.

Skills and Experience

To be considered, you should have a printing trade qualification or solid hands-on experience operating sheet-fed offset presses in a commercial environment. The employer prefers candidates with 3–5+ years of experience, especially on multi-colour presses, but will also consider recently qualified printers or early-career tradespeople with practical exposure to commercial offset equipment.

• Formal qualification in printing or equivalent sheet-fed offset press experience.
• Demonstrated experience on multi-colour commercial print jobs.
• Practical knowledge of RMGT, Heidelberg, Komori, or Mitsubishi presses.
• Careful attention to detail, especially for colour and registration control.
• Ability to work independently while following set production procedures.
