Role overview
This is a part-time remote opportunity for an Operations Assistant located in Australia. The role supports the everyday functioning of The Private Markets Forum by handling routine operational work, helping keep processes running smoothly, and assisting with event coordination.
Key duties
In this position, you will contribute to customer support, help maintain internal systems and records, and support clear communication with both internal team members and outside partners.
Qualifications and working style
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, be highly detail-oriented, and manage several tasks at once with good judgment. Experience in operations or event coordination will be viewed as an advantage.
- Knowledge of operations and operations management to support efficient workflows
