Role Overview
This internship is for an Operations Intern who will help ensure smooth on-ground implementation of the AML program across assigned schools. The role involves regular school visits, coordination with education stakeholders, tracking execution, and supporting teachers and operations teams with day-to-day program delivery.
Day-to-Day Work
- Visit assigned schools every day to help keep the AML program running smoothly and consistently.
- Work closely with teachers, school coordinators, and administrators to support daily program execution.
- Observe classroom sessions, student participation, and the use of AML tools and activities.
- Spot operational or implementation issues at the school level and help close them quickly.
- Follow up regularly with schools to encourage steady adoption of the program.
- Support teachers during program activities and training sessions whenever needed.
- Gather field data, attendance details, feedback, and implementation progress from schools.
- Update daily reports and operational trackers in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Coordinate with Operations Managers on school updates, challenges, and progress.
- Travel regularly within the assigned districts to support school visits and implementation work.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship and able to begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026. The internship runs for 6 months. Only candidates from Hyderabad, Jagtial, and Narayanpet are eligible to apply. Candidates should also have relevant skills and interest in the role.
