The company is hiring a Personal Assistant to support several Partners. This is a central role within the organisation, focused on helping Partners work efficiently through organised scheduling, dependable logistics and strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to multiple Partners, keeping their schedules organised and running smoothly.
  • Manage diaries by identifying clashes, arranging meeting rooms, setting up dial-in or video conferencing details, and aligning Partner commitments with business needs.
  • Coordinate with other personal assistants and administrative staff on client teams to organise, move or reschedule meetings.
  • Use good judgement to balance priorities, access requirements and competing requests on behalf of Partners.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive material with professionalism, caution and discretion.
  • Arrange travel, hospitality and entertainment for events, meetings and overseas trips.
  • Support the planning of client events, including preparation of key documents, presentations and logistical arrangements.
