Role Summary

The organization is seeking a proactive, target-driven Placement Coordinator/Officer based in Indore. This role centers on developing employer partnerships, coordinating placement-related activities, and maximizing opportunities for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain productive connections with employers, hiring managers, recruiters, and other industry contacts to support student placements and internships.
• Coordinate and deliver campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry engagement sessions.
• Study employer expectations and help students prepare through workshops, mock interviews, and resume-development support.
• Keep student placement records updated and monitor each student’s hiring progress.
• Work closely with academic and training teams to spot skill gaps and suggest additional training when needed.
• Stay in regular touch with students about open opportunities and support them through the hiring process.
• Represent Engineer Sahab Education professionally in all corporate communications and meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, management, education, or a similar discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or recruitment; prior exposure to the education or training sector is preferred.
• A well-developed network of companies, startups, and recruitment agencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and people skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and achieve placement goals.
