Role Overview

The company is looking for a Procurement & Sourcing Manager to strengthen its procurement function in Fujairah. This role calls for someone who brings initiative, strong judgment, and a genuine drive to improve sourcing outcomes and procurement efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the procurement team while maintaining strong financial controls aligned with company and business policies.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support guest satisfaction, ensure timely sourcing of quality products, and respond effectively to queries and issues.
• Create and roll out business strategies, making sure goals are communicated clearly, performance is tracked accurately, and results are reported on time.
• Lead and develop the team by encouraging growth, performance, and a positive workplace culture.
• Take ownership of the purchasing budget and ensure purchasing processes are properly controlled, reviewed, and improved.
• Develop productive relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
• Assess procurement results, objectives, and buying practices, then recommend improvements that enhance financial performance and deliver added value.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, due diligence standards, and best-practice procedures, including proper documentation for internal and external audits and any necessary follow-up.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in hotel purchasing, along with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Solid leadership capability with a practical, hands-on, lead-by-example style.
• Strong commitment to outstanding guest service and enthusiasm for the hospitality sector.
• Ability to generate practical solutions and provide sound advice and recommendations.
• High personal integrity and the ability to perform in a demanding environment that requires excellence, time, and energy.
