About DigniFi
DigniFi is a purpose-led company offering point-of-sale financing that helps more than 2,000 partners grow revenue, increase accessory sales, and reduce delayed repairs. Through partnerships with dealerships and service centers, the company provides financing options at the point of sale so customers can pay for auto repairs, service, parts, accessories, maintenance packages, and related needs.
The organization’s mission is to support auto dealers and service centers with innovative and inclusive financing options that help them grow. Its broader vision is to make everyday financing more accessible and inclusive.
About the Role
DigniFi is seeking a Product Manager who is comfortable taking ownership, leading with clarity, and turning complex challenges into well-designed solutions. This role calls for someone who is strategic yet hands-on, can work effectively without much structure, and knows how to communicate a product vision in a compelling way.
You will lead a major product area and be responsible for both day-to-day feature work and long-range product direction. A key part of the role is translating product ideas into clear language for business partners and engineering teams so everyone stays aligned.
When obstacles come up, you will help remove them for engineering teams and adjust requirements where needed to account for technical constraints while still keeping the overall product goal intact. Strong collaboration, openness to feedback, and sound judgment will be essential as you help shape products that create value for customers and partners.
The ideal candidate understands business and financial concepts well enough to connect them directly to product decisions and outcomes. If you want to build meaningful products in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment, this role may be a strong fit.
What You Will Do
- Partner with data and engineering teams to define success metrics for product launches, track performance, and identify opportunities to improve outcomes over time.
- Take ownership of a defined product area, such as dealer, consumer, partner, or internal workflows, while evaluating market demand and business value in support of company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal groups such as Risk, Compliance, and Servicing to align priorities and shape requirements.
- Monitor execution against the plan and address deviations quickly once they appear.
- Decide which new capabilities should move forward based on usability, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Keep a thorough backlog covering activities, processes, workflows, stakeholders, and any external contributors or consultants relevant to the product area.
Who You Are
You should bring at least 2 years of product management experience, along with a track record of defining projects, shaping requirements, writing functional specifications, and coordinating work across teams and organizations.
Experience using both qualitative and quantitative inputs to build a strong product direction and make data-backed decisions is important. Experience launching products from scratch or in early-stage environments is preferred.
Background in fintech or big tech is preferred. You should also understand Agile/Scrum practices and have a solid grasp of payment technology and API development, including RESTful APIs and JSON.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills are required, as well as the ability to solve problems, make decisions, and stay effective in a fast-moving environment.
Why You’ll Love Working at DigniFi

- High flexibility in how and where you work.
