Production Coordinator

Role overview

BASSIKE is looking for a highly organised, detail-focused Production Coordinator to join its Production Team on a full-time basis. In this position, you will work closely with the Production Manager, Product Development, Raw Materials, and both local and overseas manufacturing partners to keep production moving smoothly. The role is centered on ensuring garments are completed on schedule, meet quality expectations, and stay aligned with the production critical path.

This is a full-time position based at the head office in Warriewood, NSW, and an immediate start is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Help the Production Manager manage day-to-day production coordination.
• Track critical path timelines and monitor important production milestones.
• Communicate with local and international manufacturing partners about schedules and delivery timings.
• Chase approvals, trims, fabrics, and other production inputs from suppliers.
• Watch factory progress closely and flag potential delays early.
• Handle production paperwork, purchase orders, and shipment details.
• Work with Raw Materials, Product Development, and Logistics teams to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Support production reporting and keep records accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to quality outcomes by coordinating communication and approvals with factories.
• Look for ways to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the Production Team.
