Role Overview

In Revolut’s Operations function, the focus is on solving large-scale problems efficiently and creatively. The team builds systems that improve productivity and support worldwide growth.

This role is for a Production Operations Manager who will oversee teams of up to 100 agents. The position requires close partnership with product teams and strong experience in people leadership and project delivery, with a focus on continuously improving processes.

What You’ll Do

Lead both direct and indirect reports and ensure the team is operating effectively.
Identify and prioritise key projects, then create realistic timelines to achieve goals quickly.
Own team development by coaching, supporting, and helping people reach their highest potential.
Set the standard by handling the most difficult customer cases and maintaining consistently strong performance.
Work with cross-functional teams across different regions to raise service quality over time.
Use advanced analysis to evaluate complex business situations and make sound business decisions.
Design, improve, and roll out systems, programmes, and operational processes that support excellent customer service.
Create scalable workflows and processes that can support rapid growth.
Manage business-line metrics and improve team output, decision quality, and efficiency.
Develop long-term relationships with vendors and partners to support effective deal-making and influence outcomes.

What You’ll Need

A minimum 2:1 degree from a top university.
Background in engineering; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Experience in a structured, KPI-led environment such as a startup.
Proven ability to manage large teams with both direct and indirect reports.
Strong leadership style with a creative, confident, and motivating approach.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Comfort working in a fast-moving setting while handling several priorities at once.
Strong problem-solving ability and a track record of delivering projects that clearly improved business metrics.
Logical and analytical thinking, with experience resolving productivity or quality issues efficiently.
Ability to spot operational bottlenecks and turn them into practical solutions.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify root causes, measure performance, and improve processes.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and/or R.
Lean Six Sigma certification.
