Program Manager (UI Inspire)

What you will do

• Own daily coordination and oversight for the UI Inspire modernization effort.
• Work in close partnership with GDOL leadership, Georgia Technology Authority (GTA), vendor groups, and business stakeholders.
• Drive the program toward milestone completion and support delivery of the updated UI platform by September 2026.
• Manage complex IT modernization or enterprise platform implementation efforts.
• Guide project execution in a multi-vendor government technology setting.
• Track federal certification steps and make sure UI system readiness requirements are met.
• Use Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery methods throughout the lifecycle of the work.
• Coordinate activities across development, testing, data migration, and launch readiness.
• Support governance structures and executive oversight for public-sector technology programs.
• Keep active PMP, PMI-ACP, and PgMP certifications current and available.
• Share progress updates, risks, and blockers with executive leaders and other stakeholders as needed.
• Promote clear communication and alignment across all involved parties to support modernization objectives.
