Project Account Manager

Role Overview

Hilti Saudi Arabia is expanding its Energy team and is hiring a Project Account Manager to strengthen customer coverage, improve service quality, and support growth in energy-related construction projects across Saudi Arabia.

What You Will Do

You will manage accounts for energy projects by taking a strategic approach to customer needs, building confidence with stakeholders, offering practical guidance, and delivering solutions without compromise. A key part of the role is coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex project settings and developing strong professional expertise in energy project management.

This position is designed for someone who wants to deepen their experience in construction project environments while building long-term stakeholder relationships that can support future growth in construction project management.

Requirements

The role calls for a bachelor’s degree in engineering, prior sales experience in construction projects, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders in demanding project environments. Strong written and spoken English is required. Candidates should also bring 3 to 5 years of construction experience in Saudi energy projects.
