Role overview
This is a 12-month office coordination contract that may be renewed. The role is based in the central-western area of Singapore and follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with alternating shifts from 9:00am to 6:00pm or 10:00am to 7:00pm.
What you will do
- Keep day-to-day office activities running smoothly while maintaining a safe and welcoming workplace.
- Coordinate repair requests, maintenance follow-ups, and mailroom work.
- Serve as the first point of contact for workplace-related questions and help with staff engagement events.
- Support visitors and outside stakeholders with their on-site requirements.
- Manage office consumables, meeting room reservations, and locker assignments.
- Share workplace updates, condition reports, and employee feedback with the relevant teams.
What the employer is looking for
- A diploma or degree in Facilities, Business, Human Resources, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience of around 1 to 3 years is preferred, though fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication, strong organisation, and practical problem-solving ability.
- Background in facilities coordination, office administration, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
- Comfortable using tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
