This position sits within the Shared Services group, which brings together Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal, and Facilities to help the wider business deliver its goals through strong technical capability, systems, and service delivery.
You will be the welcoming presence at the Perth CBD office on St George’s Terrace, helping create a polished and efficient front-of-house experience for clients, visitors, and internal teams.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
What you will do
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional, friendly manner at the CBD office.
- Handle front-desk operations such as visitor induction, access passes, and guest Wi-Fi support.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail as well as courier coordination.
- Monitor office consumables, including kitchen, stationery, and bathroom supplies, and place orders and process invoices when needed.
- Oversee PPE and uniform distribution, including reconciliation tasks and coordination with suppliers.
- Support internal events by working with caterers and arranging room layouts and setups.
- Assist with building maintenance by organising tradespeople and contractors.
- Contribute to office initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and day-to-day experience.
- Develop positive working relationships with clients, managers, and colleagues across the business.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a confident, approachable, and people-oriented professional who enjoys making a strong first impression and keeping an office running smoothly behind the scenes. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities with calmness and attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A polished, professional manner and presentation.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage several responsibilities at once in a busy office environment.
