Role Overview

TJX Canada, the organization behind Winners, HomeSense, and Marshalls, is seeking a Retail Store Coordinator for its Niagara-on-the-Lake location. What the Role Involves

• Support strong store performance by overseeing key activities such as merchandise presentation, customer service, back-room organization, and product processing.
• Keep store operations running smoothly by sharing clear direction, giving updates, and helping the team stay aligned.
• Organize, rank, and coordinate daily work while encouraging cooperation and helping Associates learn service procedures and policies.
• Coach Associates on product display standards and customer service practices, while building a workplace culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen the store’s brand and value positioning by building attractive merchandise presentations in important sales areas.

Compensation

The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $19.60 to $24.50. The final rate offered may be above this range depending on relevant skills, prior experience, and local market conditions.
