Role overview

The role suits someone with a background in transportation or supply chain, strong analytical problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused mindset.

What you will do

• Put new and existing standard operating procedures into practice and help ensure consistent execution.
• Spot operational hurdles, investigate the underlying causes, and recommend practical improvements to raise productivity and efficiency.
• Assist the business by researching inbounding issues, billing concerns, and payment-related defects.
• Study reports and data to find performance slowdowns, process-control gaps, and opportunities to improve performance and share of wallet.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree.
• Strong command of spoken and written English, including the ability to read fluently.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools and applications.
• Exposure to external customer interactions is an advantage.
• Experience working in an operational environment is preferred.
