SAP EHS Expert

Role Overview

This position is for an SAP EHS specialist based in Pune, India, working with Cascades Data Solutions India. The role focuses on building and supporting Environmental Health & Safety solutions that align with client needs, regulatory expectations, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy SAP EHS solutions tailored to customer requirements while keeping them aligned with applicable standards and compliance obligations.
• Work with internal and client-side teams to set up and tailor SAP EHS components such as Incident Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Product Safety, and Environmental Compliance.
• Offer hands-on guidance on DGM (Data Governance Model) concepts and recommended implementation approaches to support structured data handling within SAP EHS.
• Deliver customer training on SAP EHS features, system setup choices, and practical troubleshooting methods.

Experience & Requirements

• Overall experience of 6 to 15 years in IT Services & Consulting, specifically with Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) work.
• Solid grasp of SDS (System Data Security) concepts and how to apply them during implementation.
• Prior exposure to customer products or services in the EH&S domain.
