About the Role
Skechers Australia is seeking an organised, proactive Stock Manager for its busy Manawa Bay location in Auckland. This is a stock-led position focused on keeping back-of-house operations running efficiently, maintaining a steady inventory flow, and assisting the wider store team when needed. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-moving retail setting and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

What You Will Do
- Handle large stock deliveries and keep inventory processes moving smoothly.
- Take ownership of back-of-house activity so stock is received, organised, and distributed efficiently.
- Prioritise stock tasks and complete them within tight time limits.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy across all inventory-related work.
- Work closely with the store team to support day-to-day operations.
- Assist customers when needed and contribute to a positive service experience.
- Respond constructively to feedback and adapt well to change in a dynamic retail environment.
