Key Duties
- Keep regular and clear contact with the Regional Manager and make sure store operations follow company rules, standards, and guidelines.
- Set practical sales targets for the store and motivate the team to work together toward achieving them.
- Make sure all team members follow operating procedures and that food safety and sanitation requirements are fully observed.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of store management experience or 5 years of experience in the food industry. Strong English communication skills, leadership ability, multitasking, organization, and customer service are essential. The role also requires the ability to execute company policies and procedures consistently.
