Role Overview
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the complete in-store customer journey while maintaining strong visual standards and commercial performance in line with global direction and the local market context. You will lead with the company’s values and contribute to both store and business success.
What You’ll Do
- Guide the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience while actively promoting and selling the product range.
- Keep track of the store’s performance, opportunities, competitors, and local customer expectations.
- Review sales results, define targets, and build action plans to improve revenue, profitability, and stock control.
- Handle scheduling and store upkeep effectively, while staying aligned with sales budgets and business priorities.
- Hire, induct, and develop team members while building an inclusive, collaborative environment that encourages learning and innovation.
- Stay current on fashion trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to keep the store competitive.
- Represent both yourself and the brand positively in every customer interaction.
Who You’ll Work With
You will be part of the wider store organization, which may include Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible staff, and Delivery Responsible staff in larger locations. You will also collaborate with the Area Team and other stores to exchange ideas, support performance, and strengthen customer experience. Together, you will help customers express their style through current trends and timeless fashion while making fashion more accessible and sustainable.
