Key duties

The Swim Coordinator works as a team leader responsible for service quality and operational coordination across the swim offering. The role includes programme planning, supervision of swim teachers, marketing support, relationship management with schools, clubs and local groups, bookings administration, credit control, reporting, and regular collaboration with other Swim Coordinators and the Operations Manager.

Additional information

The role offers an annual salary of €34,495 or €35,262 depending on qualification and teaching experience. A performance-related bonus may be paid after probation, up to €8,000 per year per site, based on targets and goals. If the role is shared, the bonus is paid pro-rata.
