About the Role
This position is part of a global pest control organization serving customers in more than 90 countries. What You Will Do
As a Termite Technician, you will carry out termite treatment work in a safe manner and follow company standards and procedures.
- Assess termite issues at customer locations and use knowledge of termite behavior to decide the right corrective approach.
- Explain conditions that attract termite activity and discuss any treatment-related procedures or structural changes the customer may need.
- Access crawl spaces and interior/exterior structures, including climbing stairs, ladders, and onto or over structures when required.
- Use inspection and application tools, along with small hand tools and power hammer drills.
- Work in different environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp areas, and dusty spaces.
- Keep tools, equipment, and service vehicles clean and in proper working condition.
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience; termite control experience is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed.
- Ability to secure and keep any licenses or certificates required by federal, state, and local rules.
- A valid driver's license from the state of residence.
