Role Overview

This remote UI/UX Designer position is focused on shaping simple, useful, and engaging digital experiences for prototypes and live applications. You will work across the design lifecycle, helping teams turn business needs into practical interface solutions that improve usability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear and engaging user experiences for prototypes and applications.
• Use user research and usability testing findings to guide design choices.
• Produce wireframes, mock-ups, and design systems that support product delivery.
• Build accessibility-aware and responsive experiences for web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Work closely with engineering teams to convert design concepts into working code.
• Enhance experiences across products with a focus on user satisfaction and ease of use.
• Record design decisions in line with business needs and project requirements.
• Assist internal teams through knowledge transfer and walkthrough sessions.
• Refine interfaces continuously with an emphasis on clarity, simplicity, and usability.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience across the application development lifecycle.
• Hands-on proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• A live online portfolio that showcases UX/UI work.
• Good knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS/SaSS, and template engines.
• Familiarity with both client-side and server-side JavaScript.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities when working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Desirable: exposure to AI tools that support the design workflow.
• Desirable: experience creating front-end code and partnering with development teams.

• Salary range of €45,000 to €55,000.
