Role overview
This position is for an experienced UX/UI Designer who can create clear, attractive, and accessible digital experiences across different platforms. The work involves understanding user needs, mapping journeys, producing wireframes and prototypes, and shaping the visual direction of products. You will work closely with project teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the final designs satisfy business needs while meeting accessibility expectations.
What you'll do
- Design interface elements such as screens, forms, and workflows for plugins and application features.
- Build user flows and turn them into practical, user-friendly design solutions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and polished mockups to present design ideas clearly.
- Apply accessibility practices so the product works well for users with mobility, vision, or other limitations, in line with WCAG guidance.
- Review user feedback and testing insights to improve usability and visual quality.
- Keep visual language consistent through style guides and design systems.
- Decide which UX improvements to tackle first based on user value, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
- Track evolving design trends, tools, and best practices to strengthen output over time.
Qualifications
The role calls for a candidate with a college diploma in graphic design or communication design and 2 to 9 years of experience in UX/UI design. Prior work on software products, web platforms, or existing applications is expected. Strong hands-on knowledge of user journeys, wireframing, and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar platforms is important.
