- Join a final planning call with clients around six weeks before the wedding to review logistics, timing, and expectations.
- Run the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding and make sure everyone understands timing, procession order, and important cues.
- Represent the couple on-site, staying composed and solution-oriented while helping handle any issues that come up.
- Supervise ceremony and reception setup so it matches the event design and day-of execution plan.
- Oversee the full wedding-day flow, starting with vendor arrivals and continuing through end-of-night breakdown.
- Welcome vendors, direct them as needed, and serve as the main on-site contact.
- Give clear setup directions to vendors so their work aligns with the event plan.
- Help place personal and decorative details such as escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and décor items.
- Guide wedding party members and family with timing, direction, and day-of support.
- Collect, pack, and verify end-of-event items including gifts, guest books, and personal décor.
- Handle last-minute changes and unexpected issues proactively to keep the guest experience running smoothly.
