Role Summary
The Account Analyst will handle internal collection efforts for customers with delinquent accounts through telephone contact, using predictive dialing systems. The role focuses on proposing workable solutions that satisfy both the customer and the company, while staying aligned with institutional policies, internal procedures, and applicable laws.
Education
A minimum of two years of college-level study is required, preferably in Business Administration.
Experience
Three years of experience in collections, telemarketing, or telephone-based customer service is required.
