About the Opportunity
This opportunity is with a client that delivers Industrial AI solutions for asset-heavy industries. The goal of the product is to improve operating performance, cut unplanned downtime, and strengthen maintenance planning and strategy.
This position is a consultative enterprise sales role centered on business impact rather than simply selling software. The selected candidate will identify and develop new business, connect with senior operational leaders, and nurture long-term relationships across industrial accounts.
The right person will already have experience selling complex enterprise offerings into industrial settings and will be comfortable speaking with both technical and commercial decision-makers about maintenance, reliability, efficiency, and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Business Development
- Create new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build a healthy and scalable pipeline through prospecting and strategic account planning.
- Win new enterprise clients and grow the client’s footprint within industrial organizations.
Consultative Sales
- Learn the customer’s priorities, operational pain points, and maintenance goals before suggesting a solution.
- Develop value cases that focus on measurable business outcomes and operational gains.
- Present offerings in terms of uptime, reliability, maintenance productivity, operational performance, and ROI.
Stakeholder Management
- Develop relationships across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, IT, Finance, and senior leadership.
- Navigate long and complex sales processes involving several decision-makers.
Territory Development
- Build durable customer relationships within the assigned territory.
- Stay engaged throughout lengthy sales cycles with steady follow-up and relationship management.
- Grow strategic accounts through ongoing consultative selling.

- Background selling sophisticated enterprise solutions into industrial environments.
- Hands-on experience in consultative enterprise selling.
- Track record of generating new business and bringing in net-new customers.

- Able to discuss equipment failures, downtime, reliability, maintenance planning, predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, Industrial IoT, efficiency, CMMS/EAM, and ROI.
- Prior experience selling mainly to Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Asset Management teams is preferred over a background focused mainly on enterprise IT, ERP, CRM, cloud infrastructure, or digital transformation.
- Strong consultative selling style with a proven hunter mindset.
- Experience handling complex enterprise cycles and working across large industrial organizations.
- Preference for candidates seeking long-term stability and territory ownership.
