Role Overview

This internship is based in Berlin, Germany, within the Sales team and reports to the Key Account Management Team Lead. It runs from September to December 2026 and lasts 12 weeks. The position is for 20 hours per week and is designed for someone who wants practical exposure to partner management, commercial work, and data-informed decision-making in a scaling tech business.

As an Account Management Intern, you will support experienced Account Managers as they manage restaurant and retail partners on the Wolt platform. The role combines relationship support, analysis, commercial preparation, and operational coordination.

What You Will Do

  • Support Account Managers with partner follow-ups, meeting preparation, and regular communication across a portfolio of restaurant and retail partners.
  • Review partner performance metrics such as orders, conversion, and visibility to spot patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Help prepare discussion points, materials, and insights for commercial conversations, product launches such as Wolt Ads or Wolt+, and regular business reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve day-to-day operational questions from partners as efficiently as possible.
  • Track adoption of relevant Wolt products and identify partners that could benefit from additional tools or services.
  • Attend partner meetings and occasional restaurant visits with Account Managers to understand partner needs and strengthen relationships.
  • Gather partner feedback and share useful observations with the team to help improve processes, tools, and the overall partner experience.
