Role overview
Bunnings is seeking an Account Manager to look after important client relationships, help grow existing business, and keep customers satisfied. In this position, you will be the main contact for assigned accounts, working with internal teams to create practical solutions, uphold service quality, and identify opportunities to expand business.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as the day-to-day contact for key clients and manage all account-related communication.
- Strengthen relationships with current customers while looking for ways to increase business within existing accounts.
- Partner with internal teams to design and deliver solutions that match client needs.
- Track account results, review sales information, and turn insights into action plans that support targets.
- Respond quickly and effectively to customer issues to maintain strong satisfaction levels.
- Work across departments to ensure products and services are delivered smoothly.
- Prepare regular updates on account health, sales progress, and market movements.
- Help implement company policies, strategies, and initiatives across assigned accounts.
- Stay current on products, services, and industry changes so clients receive well-informed guidance.
