About the Team

In this position, you will work directly with customers to support deployment, encourage adoption, and help them achieve strong business outcomes. You will also partner with Product and Engineering to identify customer needs, remove blockers, and influence how the technology performs in practical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help define and build the Agent Strategy function and establish how it operates within Decagon.
  • Create strong, long-term relationships with customers and serve as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Support customers through the full deployment lifecycle, from initial scoping through adoption and measurable value delivery.
  • Continuously deepen product knowledge and stay current on the broader AI landscape to develop best-practice expertise.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at every level, including senior executives.
  • Spot and drive new initiatives that strengthen the team’s impact for both customers and the business.
  • Work with Agent Product and Engineering teams to surface technical improvements and help shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of customer-facing experience in a technical role within B2B SaaS.
  • Background managing large accounts and delivering high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent relationship-building, persuasion, and collaboration skills.
  • Solid understanding of go-to-market sales teams and processes.
  • Strong technical curiosity and interest in the agent-building workflow; coding knowledge is not required.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers an on-target earnings range of $160K to $220K plus equity. The stated compensation range is $160K to $220K.
