Role overview
This opportunity is for an AI Engineering Lead who will contribute full-time on a remote basis for one of the client’s teams. The position focuses on building the next generation of AI recruiting technology by creating systems that help organizations discover and engage talent more effectively. The work sits at the intersection of AI engineering, product, research, and platform development, with an emphasis on impactful, frontier-grade AI solutions.
Compensation
The annual payout for this role is listed at USD 160,000 to USD 300,000.
What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems and supporting infrastructure using Python and AWS.
- Develop and integrate advanced large language models and multimodal AI capabilities across text, audio, video, and visual inputs.
- Work closely with product, research, and engineering teams to turn business and technical needs into dependable solutions.
- Help improve how AI systems learn, reason, and perform across fields such as finance, healthcare, engineering, and related domains.
- Contribute hands-on to the client’s AI recruiter model, Zara, and help shape next-generation talent discovery systems.
What we are looking for
- Practical experience in building and shipping scalable AI models and infrastructure with Python and AWS.
- Strong background in large language models and multimodal systems, including how they are used and where their limits lie.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate technical ideas clearly.
- Comfort working on advanced AI systems that combine multiple modalities and complex model workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset for tackling difficult technical challenges.
