About the Role
HTC Global Services is hiring an Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to interpret business needs and translate them into Exstream-based communication components. The position focuses on building solutions using business rules, data variables, modular design, and reusable elements.
Core Requirements
- Work with Exstream components by applying business rules, data variables, modular structures, and reusable design patterns.
- Perform unit testing and regression testing to validate changes and ensure stability.
- Analyze business data and design data structures that can be reused across communication flows.
- Use Exstream tools and products such as Designer, Design Manager, Orchestrator, and Empower.
- Apply strong knowledge of JSON and data architecture.
- Create Exstream outputs in AFP, PDF, and HTML formats.
- Develop and test on-demand, batch, and interactive communications in Exstream.
- Build new communications from requirement documents and update existing ones as needed.
- Support production environments by handling maintenance requests, enhancements, regression testing, and defect fixes.
Experience Needed
This role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
