Role overviewThis position is for a performance-oriented Assistant Manager who will drive growth for the Events business at cult.fit. The role combines hands-on execution with strategic planning, and it is centered on owning the end-to-end growth funnel. A large part of the job involves running integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, WhatsApp, SMS, paid search, and in-app channels, then improving conversion and ROI through daily data review and rapid optimization.Strong analytical ability is essential. The person in this role will monitor performance on a daily basis, build and maintain dashboards, perform funnel-level analysis, and turn findings into practical actions. The role also includes creating city-wise go-to-market plans, managing campaign budgets, and tracking registration and attendance goals for events.Key responsibilitiesPlan, launch, and improve cross-channel campaigns across push, email, WhatsApp, social, SMS, paid search, and in-app touchpoints.Operate marketing automation and workflow systems such as Braze, Segment, and HubSpot.Create targeted lifecycle journeys and audience segments for different event types and locations.Set up and run A/B tests for creative, messaging, offers, and landing pages, then scale the best-performing version.Control campaign budgets and reallocate spending based on performance outcomes.Build reusable playbooks that can be applied across events and refined using live data.Own reporting for registration volume, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and attendance.Carry out funnel, cohort, and attribution analysis to uncover drop-offs and growth opportunities.Estimate market size at city and micro-market level and forecast demand and registration patterns.Convert analysis into clear optimization actions and recommendations.Develop city-specific GTM strategies and event-format strategies based on audience behavior, seasonality, and market conditions.Run experiments on pricing, offers, bundles, and referral mechanics.Work closely with Product, Analytics, and Operations teams on growth initiatives.Collaborate with ecosystem partners such as BookMyShow and District on co-marketing plans.Requirements3 to 5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, with the ability to manage an entire vertical or P&L.At least 1.5 years of direct hands-on campaign work for events, experiences, product launches, or consumer acquisition.Strong working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and multi-channel campaign execution.Advanced comfort with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, and Tableau.Experience creating dashboards and performing funnel, cohort, and attribution analysis.Proven ability to help campaigns scale to 1,000 or more attendees while delivering measurable ROI.Capability to work across functions and take ownership of a business line or vertical.Prior exposure to fitness, wellness, subscription, or D2C consumer businesses is preferred.Additional informationThis is a manager-level role with a strong bias toward execution. Success in the position depends on combining campaign delivery, data interpretation, and growth experimentation to improve event performance.The job is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and is a full-time onsite role.
