Role overview
This position is designed as a practical leadership pathway for future store managers. You will build supervisory capability, coaching strength, a deeper appreciation for coffee and tea, and the commercial understanding needed to run a store. The experience is intended to prepare you to help lead a multi-million-dollar business, grow strong teams, and contribute to a community gathering place that supports customers and partners.

Who this role is suited for
- People with 2 years of retail or customer service management experience.

- Those who have completed at least high school or a GED.
Requirements
- You must be able to provide legal documents proving your identity and your right to work in the country where you are applying.
- This is a full-time position that regularly exceeds 40 hours per week and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and benefits
The expected hiring range for this role is CAD 52,600 to CAD 63,050 per year. Final base pay can differ depending on location, experience, skills, and internal pay equity. Eligible team members may also qualify for a bonus program and annual bean stock grants.
